The QB-series enables LLD, LD, MD, HD, recycled and biomaterial to be converted in the same unit.
With a new designed sealing section, along with FAS tensionless sealing operation and heating from two sides, the QB1100 enables LLD, LD, MD, HD, recycled and biomaterial to be converted in the same unit. All settings are easy to find and adjust using the colour creen touch control panel. There is also an option to save your settings for various production types in a recipe, to speed up the change from one product to another.
QB1100X2-version has two parallel sealbar tracks with independent motion which is advantageous at higher speeds with shorter bag lengths. QB1100X2 can be supplied with eight (8) sealbars to reduce the bag length.
