Advice to regularly check earth connection points for the spark unit.

All FAS machines with spark units.
Background
We have had a few cases with machine electrical disturbance, random symptoms, random error messages and input card failure at the spark unit connection.
Those cases has been solved by restoring and securing good connection at the spark unit earth connections and by replacing the input card if broken.
General
We have only experienced this in a few machines but machine stops are costly so we are strongly recommending to do this preventive action regularly to avoid future issues.

Action
Open and check the earth connections, see examples below,
- at the spark unit
- at the roller or shaft closest to the spark unit
- at connection to the machine frame.
Make sure that the contact surface is clean and free from dirt or corrosion.
Restore the connections to get full contact.
