Since its introduction in 2005, the Euroline has been a top seller and one of the main components behind FAS’s continued geographical growth. The Euroline started as an entry-level machine.
It has since grown to be one of the most popular machine in our product portfolio due to its combination of price, performance and simplicity. The Euroline now comes with internet connectivity and the possibility to add our full range of options which had only been offered to the standard B-series and SP-winders in the past. This makes the Euroline even more flexible and future proof investment.
Euroline continues to reach new destinations and widens our customer base with customers ranging from small, family owned business up to large multinational organisations. Many of our Euroline customers are specializing in recycled trash bags in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Eastern & Western Europe, both in-line with extruder or out of line from a master roll.

Wider range of capabilities and new applications
Other than the core business of garbage bags on roll, FAS Converting has successfully supplied machinery for an expanding range of industries.
The simplicity and ease of operation of the FAS stand-alone bag machines and winders in combination with the ability to run them with almost any other converting equipment, has not only met, but also exceeded the expectations of flexibility and reliability that the customers are looking for. Winding of shrink film, food packaging, custom bags and protective equipment are some of the recent successful installations.

IW/IWP1100
Industrial winder
The Industrial winder is a fully automatic winder for sheets, bags & drop cloth on roll to be produced either in-line or off-line. Automatic loading of cores during roll changes and multiple core diameters from 38mm (1.5″) to 76mm (3″). Available in 3 different speed ranges, with or without automatic perforation and optional coreless winding. SP500/800
Fully automatic winder
The SP500/800 is the current version of the winder that we have been improving for over 30 years. Fully automatic coreless winder with an option to run cores with diameters available from 1” to 1,75” and it is available in two widths, 500mm (19,6”) or 800mm (31.5”). Can be equipped with Hot-melt, twist-tie, labelling unit and c-folder.
